How can I return the product? Is there any return policy?
We guarantee your convenience, comfort, and happiness when you shop with us. If you find any sort of complaints with regards to the product, you can return the product within 14 days along with payment receipt of the goods. We personally advise you to keep the packaging of the product intact, the product should not be tampered with. All the tags and boxes should be attached to the product.
We understand your needs and expectation from the product you order. If you are not happy with the product, we will feel happy to get it back within 14 days from the date of delivery. Whatever your mode of payment is (online payment or card), we will reverse your payment within 14 business working days. In case of other modes of payment such as bank deposits and cash on delivery, we will issue a Cheque in the name of the respective customer.
Who is liable if I receive a damaged good, missing parts or wrong product in my order?
If the product is received damaged, incorrect, or missing in the order by the customer. Take a snapshot of the packaging and receipt received and sent it to our customer care at Nirvasa or call on 124-461-8222 within 14 days of receipt of the product. Once your request is received, we will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and ensure to either refund for an order or place a new item in exchange. Please note that replacements will be done considering the current condition of the particular product.
How can I track my order status?
Once the shipment of your order is done, you will receive an e-mail notification with a link to track your order. You can track your order online once it goes live within 24-48 business hours post shipping.
How long does it take for an order to get delivered?
We take 2-3 working days for standard delivery with delivery confirmation in metro cities (New Delhi, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Ahmedabad). In case of other cities, we deliver the products between 2-5 working days.
As compared to air couriers, ground shipped orders will be couriered to your address between 5-7 working days post-dispatch. The delivery of remote locations may take around 7 working days or more depending on the climatic and area condition of the place where delivery has to be made.
Can I cancel my order? What is the cancellation policy of Nirvasa?
In case if your shipment gets delayed due to some unavoidable reasons, you can cancel the order. Go to the ‘orders’ and you will reach your order history. Then, select the order(s) you want to cancel.
We will notify you about the cancelled order via message and registered email id within a few minutes after cancellation. In case of prepaid orders, the order amount will be refunded back to your registered bank account number within 5-7 working days or as per the respective bank timelines.
