I want to return a product. Do you have a return policy?
At Nirvasa, conferring a convenient and comfortable shopping experience to our customers is a priority. If you experience a problem with the product or have any complaints regarding your order, you can reach out to us at our 24X7 helpline number ( 0124 481 1144) to schedule a return pickup. Please note that you can return the parcel within 14 days of order placement and ensure keeping the packaging, tags, and product intact. Neither should the product be used nor should packaging be damaged to make a hassle-free return. Depending on the mode of payment you chose (online payment or card) while placing the order, we will initiate the reverse payment and it should reflect in your account within 14 days of initiating the return payment. In case of Cash-on-Delivery orders, a Cheque will be issued in favour of the customer.
How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, go to my orders section on our website and request a cancellation. Additionally, you can call our helpline number to cancel an order.
What if I receive a damaged /wrong product or parts of my order are missing?
Take a picture of the product received and share the images with us at [email protected]
or connect with a customer assistance officer on our helpline number. Once your complaint is registered, we will arrange a return pickup and ensure to either refund for an order or place a new item in exchange. Please note that the replacements will be made only after examining the current state and non-usage of the product.
How do I check my order status?
Once your order is shipped, you will be notified through an email or SMS. Besides, you can check the current status of your order under my order section on our website.
How long does it take for an order to reach me?
It usually takes us 2-3 working days to deliver your order in metropolitan cities such as New Delhi, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Ahmedabad. However, your order may take 5-7 working days to reach remote locations.
