  • Formulate and execute organizations digital marketing strategy across all marketing channels with expertise in AdWords, Facebook and Ad networks (Native & Push platforms)
  • Generate leads from every possible source while optimising overall ROI. Come up with innovative ideas and growth hacks to drive more business.
  • Manage initiatives aimed at increasing traffic, driving customer engagement and conversion
  • Analyse and provide insights around site traffic and other key metrics with Google Analytics, dashboards and relevant business tools
  • At least 6 years of experience in digital marketing space, preferably at a fast growing start-up or FMCG organization.
  • You must be data driven, analytical & enthusiastic with a proven track record.
  • Minimum 6yrs of experience in TA and bulk hiring (HR).
  • Able to work as individual contributor and close positions front line & support as per TAT.
  • Build and maintain a good quality database using the available resources to the optimum viz. Job Portals, Walk-ins, Advertisements, Employee Referrals etc.
  • Hands on experience upon linked In, Facebook, Naukri and Job portals for closing positions.
  • Excellent communication skills & strong network in Recruitment Industry.
